Cardi B joins Beyonce as the only two female artists in history to have four songs on the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart top 10.

The “Bodak Yellow” rapper keeps getting into more exclusive clubs when it comes to the Billboard chart and streaming charts history. It’s no secret that Cardi B had a phenomenal year in 2017 and the new year is already off to a banging start. Not only has she dropped some new music, they all charted on their debut week and now she is the second female artist in history to hold four spots in the top ten of the Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart.

On Thursday, her new lead single “Bartier Cardi” featuring 21 Savage, reach the top ten on the chart. Her breakout hit “Bodak Yellow” is currently at No. 5, “Bartier Cardi” is at No. 9, “MotorSport” with Migos and Nicki Minaj is at No. 3, while “No Limit” with G-Eazy is at No. 2 on the chart. On the heels of her new milestone on Billboard, Cardi B is getting ready to perform at the upcoming Grammy Awards ceremony in New York later this months. She is also nominated for two Grammy’s and is hoping to at least walk away with one. No doubt a Grammy would help cement her place as a new force in hip hop to be reckoned with.

While Cardi B is only the second woman to achieve 4/10 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs Chart, a couple male rappers have done it already. Eminem, 2 Chainz, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent, Drake, and Lil Wayne have all achieve the 4/10 on the chart.

Cardi B is currently working on her debut album, a project that she says that she is holding close to her heart to make sure its done properly. There are no release date or title for the project but I guess it will have something to do with Bardi, Cardi, or Bodak.

Jacquees posted a video of himself and Breezy in the studio vibing to some new music while announcing that a joint project is on the way. “We dropping a mixtape f**k it,” he wrote. Breezy has been having an impressive run over the past few months and his hard work is paying off because the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) recently named him as one of the most successful R&B artists of all-time.

His massive Heartbreak on a Full Moon album was released in December with more than 45 songs and that project is already platinum. Last month, he was also awarded 40 plaques from the RIAA from some old and new songs that were certified gold and platinum but he never got his plaques.

Jacquees didn’t shed any more light on the new joint mixtape, so we don’t have a title or release date, but here is a video from their studio session.

Chris Brown also has some new music coming out with Joyner Lucas who announced on Twitter last week that the singer will be rapping on their new joint. “You ever heard Michael Jackson rap? Lol well Me and @chrisbrown got a lot of heat in the oven. No bull**** tho, breezy mite be my new favorite rapper. you’ll see,” he tweeted.

Last weekend, Chris Brown previews two new singles on Instagram that he has been working on since the start of the year. Let’s not for forget that he revealed in an interview in October that he has over 800 unreleased songs on his iPhone walking around with, so he is sitting on enough new music to release plenty albums for the rest of his career. One of Rick Ross Wingstop restaurants was robbed by a rookie rapper who wanted to get his attention.

What a way to get Rozay’s attention. Aspiring rapper Cedric Miller wanted to get Rick Ross attention so bad that he took it upon himself to rob one of the fast food joints. In case you’re wondering why Wingstop, Rozay owns a bunch of Wingstops across the country and often hit up his own wings joint with his friends. He wasn’t at that particular location in Memphis at the time of the robbery, but Miller thought it would get his attention anyway.

It did get the Maybach Music Group rapper’s attention and somebody else, the cops, which earned Miller a felony charge and some possible time behind bars. Apparently, he never heard about SoundCloud. XXL reported that the 23-year-old was identified as one of the suspects in the January 5th robbery of the Wingstop on Union Avenue.

Whether or not he will get a recording deal from Rick Ross is still up in the air, but we doubt it. You can’t mess with the boss’ money and then expect him to give you more money. One customer of the local restaurant says he doubts that Rick Ross will even give him the time of day.
