Nicki Minaj has congratulated Cardi B on achieving her number one single and then gets trolled over it on Twitter.

Black Twitter can be brutal and almost every celebrity on Twitter is aware of that. Cardi B is celebrating all day today after “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)” climbs to the number one spot on Billboard. Nicki Minaj tweeting her congratulations earlier today and some fans weren’t too happy about that. Some people think that she was showing fake love, but some of her more loyal fans think that she is genuinely happy for Bardi.

“Congratulations to a fellow NEW YAWKA on a RECORD BREAKING achievement. Bardi, this is the only thing that matters!!! Enjoy it,” the Young Money rapper tweeted. Some fans started trolling her for the tweet and some of the attacks get pretty mean and personal. “Why you on here congratulating Cardi when you done know that your fake azz don’t like her,” one fan wrote.” She came in the game and got a number one before you and we all know that your hating right now so quit with this fake sh*t.”

Take a look at some of the comments she has been getting on Instagram from trolls.

Despite the backlash from some fans, some of her supporters, aka Barbz, supported her and were happy that she offer some kind words to her fellow Queens rapper. Some fans even ask for a Nicki Minaj remix for “Bodak Yellow.”

Tons of proof on Twitter that the majority of y'all wanted Cardi to win so you can say Nicki Minaj lost. Pathetic & entirely laughable!

Fans didn’t treat Post Malone like the rockstar that he is when he stage dived at his concert over the weekend because no one caught him.

Fortunately for the “Rockstar” rapper he didn’t break any bones and continued rapping while on the floor. In the video clip below, you can see Post Malone on stage turning up in St. Louis. He then ran and stage dived into the crowd but everyone moved, absolutely no one didn’t even attempted to catch him. It was one of that moment where all you can do is say ouch and then laugh after you realize that he is okay.

Malone tweeted about it on Sunday while making fun of himself saying that he wish he had Lil Uzi Vert’s body. “Felt like jack black in school of rock tonight when i staged dived and nobody caught my fat as. wish i had lil uzi body,” he wrote. Someone who was close to the front row captured the whole thing on camera. Post Malone is currently having the time of his life with his new single “Rockstar” featuring 21 Savage climbed to number two on Billboard Hot 100 chart this week. He also broke the single week Apple Music streaming record.

Perhaps this fan who was video the whole thing just got himself one of those new iPhone X with glass casing and did not want to test how drop proof it is.

Ishawna recovered her Mercedes-Benz over the weekend after cops seized the luxury vehicle.

In the midst of her heated beef with Danielle D.I., the “Equal Rights” singer was left embarrassed last week Thursday when cops impounded her Benz for lack of insurance and registration. She was also slapped with a $10,000 ticket. Seems all of that is now water under the bridge for the dancehall diva since she is back on the road with insurance and proper documentation we hope. Some sources say that she doesn’t have the title for the car has been driving around without proper documentation.

The car was a gift to Ishawna by Downsound Records boss Joe Bogdanovich in 2015. She has since parted ways with the label but still has the car so there were a lot of chatters that the vehicle may not be registered in her name. Ishawna has been having an eventful year in dancehall with her controversial single “Equal Rights” getting her a lot of attention. The sexually charged single won her some new fans but also earned her some enemies.

She has been locked in a bitter feud with fellow female dancehall star Danielle D.I. over the last few weeks. Both sides have already delivered two diss tracks and now fans are watching to see who will blink first.

Bob Marley widow Rita Marley received an honorary doctorate degree from the University of Fort Hare (UFH) in South Africa.

This marks the second honorary doctorate Rita Marley is getting from a major University. In 2015, she received another doctorate from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. The UFC honored her at a recent ceremony held at the Alice Campus of the university. She received her doctorate in in social sciences and humanities.

Rita Marley was unable to attend the ceremony so Rosemary Duncan, manager of the Rita Marley Foundation, accepted it on her behalf, but she did make a statement. “How good God is. I am that I am, a ghetto girl with great ambition, so I give thanks,” she said. “It was unexpected, but such a great honor to be recognized by the University of Fort Hare, Dr. Nelson Mandela’s alma mater.”

Marley added that her hard work and contributions to the global community through her foundation are among the reasons why she was selected for the honorary doctorate. During the ceremony, the choir sings Bob Marley classic single “One Love” in honor of Rita Marley. Rita is a former member of the reggae band I Three and once used to provide backing vocals to her late husband Bob Marley.

The Jamaican government awards her with the Order of Distinction in 1996 for her contribution to music.

[Intro: Justine Skye & Vory]
Say it when you know, you know, you know, you know, you know
Say

[Verse 1: Justine Skye]
Counting all your wishes
Fucking all these bitches every night like you’re on a mission
How you wanna get it?
‘Cause I been on a vibe all night, if you wanna feel it
Eat that, want some, get right, get low
Want that, I need that, tried that, can I keep that?
All night, put it in your face
Take it all, don’t let it go to waste
Know you wouldn’t want it any other way
I know, I know, I know, yeah

[Chorus: Vory & Justine Skye]
Don’t I get you anything you want?
What I want, yeah
Gucci, Prada, even Saint Laurent
Even Saint Laurent, yeah
I kept it a hundred from the jump
From the jump, oh
Lost me, I think you lost me
I think you lost me
Say but they used to get me for the low
For the low
‘Cause he need a hundred for a show
Hundred for a show, yeah
Why you always gotta do the most?
Lost me, I think you lost me
Lost me

[Verse 2: Vory]
Say bossing, I think I’m bossing
I’m no longer fed up, I think you lost me
Feeling saucy, I’m feeling saucy
Now you want my time, you won’t get that often

[Verse 3: Justine Skye]
And you don’t really want problems with me now
Fuck around and bounce back like a rebound
And now you look basic
That new bitch that you with is outdated, oh
You know sometimes I get too lit
I cannot blame it
I don’t need saving
Don’t you know I gave you everything that I had?

[Chorus: Vory & Justine Skye]
Don’t I get you anything you want?
You did
Gucci, Prada, even Saint Laurent
Even Saint Laurent, yeah
I kept it a hundred from the jump
I kept it a hundred
Lost me, I think you lost me
I think you lost me
Say brother used to get me for the low
For the low
‘Cause he need a hundred for a show
‘Cause he need a hundred for a show, yeah
Why you always gotta do the most?
Lost me, I think you lost me
I think you lost me
