[Verse 1]
When you hear somebody say somebody hits like a girl
How does that hit you?
Is that such a bad thing?
When you hear a song that they play saying you run the world
Do you believe it?
Will you live to see it?

[Chorus]
Sister, shoulder
Daughter, lover
Healer, broken halo
Mother nature
Fire, suit of armor
Soul survivor, Holy Water
Secret keeper, fortune teller
Virgin Mary, scarlet letter
Technicolor river wild
Baby girl, women shine
Female

[Verse 2]
When somebody laughs and implies that she asked for it
Just cause she was wearing a skirt
Now is that how it works?
When somebody talks about how it was Adam first
Does that make you second best?
Or did he save the best for last?

[Chorus]
Sister, shoulder
Daughter, lover
Healer, broken halo
Mother nature
Fire, suit of armor
Soul survivor, Holy Water
Secret keeper, fortune teller
Virgin Mary, scarlet letter
Technicolor river wild
Baby girl, women shine
Female

[Refrain]
Yeah

[Bridge]
She’s the heart of life
She’s the dreamer’s dream
She’s the hands of time
She’s the queen of kings

[Chorus]
Sister, shoulder
Daughter, lover
Healer, broken halo
Mother nature
Fire, suit of armor
Soul survivor, Holy Water
Secret keeper, fortune teller
Virgin Mary, scarlet letter
Technicolor river wild

You can always count on Tommy Lee Sparta to drop some good videos. The Mobay deejay drop the cut for his catchy single “Bad Gyal Duppy.”

Lee surrounded himself with plenty female just like the theme of the single. “Mi girlfriend got a gloc a road / Sparta gal them no take chat a road / Them no take check a body drop a road / Some wonna be thugs never shot a soul,” the Spartan deejay spits.

Earlier this month, Tommy Lee Sparta was accused of recording mumble dancehall music following the release of his new video “Cross Over” with Sean Kingston. The deejay released some excerpts of his lyrics on the single for some of his critics who are complaining that they have no idea what he is saying.

Remy Ma and Lil Kim come through with some heat on their new collaborative single “Wake Me Up.”

The song was released on Tuesday, November 8, and on the same day we learned that the Love and Hip Hop New York star is working on her new album. Word of the song first popped up last week when the two female rappers were spotted in the studio. There were some talks that they were joining forces for a new Nicki Minaj diss track, but Lil Kim shot down those rumors during her recent interview with Ebro In The Morning on Hot 97 radio.

Remy Ma has been slowly making her comeback in hip hop and this year she drew a lot of attention for a vicious diss track against Nicki Minaj, “shETHER.” Despite Lil Kim’s denial on the track being a Nicki diss, Remy has some lyrics in her verse that points straight to the Young Money rapper. “You fake-ass b*tch, you owe homage, pay that sh*t! / Spray that fif’, the crown, I’mma take that sh*t / ‘Cause you a clown and Homey don’t play that sh*t,” she raps. “I heard he lay that d*ck, you let him filet that fish / You just met ‘im, how he bae that quick?”

That last line is believe to be a shot at Nicki’s relationship with Nas, despite not calling any names. Remy Ma has started work on her new album, Seven Winters, Six Summers, due sometime next year and will be the first project on her new record deal with Columbia Records. The New York rapper signed a seven figures deal with the major label last month, even after calling out other rappers like Nicki Minaj and Drake for having big label deals.
